This wasnāt just any Halloweenāit was the one that started it all. Our first big Halloween party, the night we became THE house on the block (errā¦ apartment complex) that had everyone stopping for photos, and the moment I realized I wanted to scrapbook memories in a way that told the whole story!
From spooky decorations that could be seen from space š to webs covering every inch of our home šøļø, this night was legendary. And this layout? Itās the first time I put my scene-building skills to the testāa scrapbooker was BORN! šāØ
š The Halloween That Took Over Our Apartment Complex!
We didnāt just decorate for Halloweenāwe turned our apartment into a full-scale haunted attraction! ššøļø
Picture this: You pull into our complex, and BAMāš„ our unit is lit up like the 4th of July but make it Halloween edition. š»š Ghosts, goblins, tombstones, eerie lights, fog, and the creepiest entryway you could imagine.
People actually pulled over to take photos. š Kids ran up to pose in front of our spooky setup. And the inside? Ohhh, that was a spiderweb-infested haunted house masterpiece. š·ļøāØ
And if that wasnāt enoughā¦
š¤ We won FIRST PLACE in the complexās Halloween decorating contest! (Because, obviously. š)
š» We threw a Halloween party that became THE event of the year! (Complete with a ābone-appĆ©titā spooky feastāremember that Halloween menu blog?)
š The kids had the BEST time and couldnāt wait for next year! (Neither could we!)
This party wasnāt just a one-night thingāit set the standard for every holiday and every party to come. š

If you think the outside of our apartment was next levelā¦ the inside was even wilder. Webs? EVERYWHERE. There is no such thing as too many spiderwebs, and I stand by that! š·ļø
