Updated: Aug 18

So if you’ve seen the movie, “Little Shop of Horrors, Audry and Seymour literally “ride off into the sunset and live happily ever after”!

Ummm, yeah… that’s not what happens in this play!! It's a terrible ending!! Although, both characters meet their demise, this was hands down, THE BEST PLAY EVER!!! The entire cast NAILED IT and little man had so much fun working with each and every one of them!!

Sadly, lockdowns hit. Since most of the cast were Seniors, this would be their last performance together.

Close To My Heart has recently released new colors - Jade, Journey, Royal, and Rosy! These vibrant hues are nothing short of fantastic and are a perfect match for the costumes, set, and other elements of the play my little man was in!!

.

The play was a special memory for my little one, and I wanted to commemorate each scene with individual layouts. The first scene I chose to scrapbook was the climactic moment towards the end of the play, where Audry II takes center stage, with its vines climbing and extending across the set.

Inspired by the intricate vines, I decided to get creative with a leaf stencil, as I didn't have anything that resembled vines in my crafting supplies. Additionally, for the flower shop walls that served as a backdrop, I used the notched wood stamp from the "Design Elements Stamp Set."

To truly capture the essence of the set, I incorporated elements such as vines, a desk, potted plants, and a clock from Design Space. Putting it all together, I created a stunning 12x12 double-page layout that encapsulated the spirit of "The Little Shop of Horrors."

The process of using CTMH ink pads and a stencil to bring this layout to life was not only fun but also rewarding. The colors and designs truly enhanced the visual storytelling aspect of the scrapbook and added depth to the memories captured on paper.

I hope this  Crafting Creepy - "Little Shop Of Horrors" Scrapbook Layout inspires you to get creative with your scrapbooking projects and explore new ways to incorporate elements from your favorite memories. Stay tuned for more crafty adventures and creative ideas!
