✂️ Jack Skellington Black & White Stocking Assembly
A Little Bit Halloween Town, A Little Bit Christmas Magic
1️⃣ . Add Embossed Texture to the Stocking
1️⃣ . Add Embossed Texture to the Stocking
• Cut the stocking front from Basic Black Cardstock
• Run it through a poinsettia embossing folder (or any bold, texture-rich folder in your stash!)
• Cut the back of the stocking from White Daisy Cardstock
• Glue the two pieces together, leaving the top open for the pull-tab
Pro Tip: The texture gives this spooky stocking that stitched-together, Halloween Town look, just like Jack’s pinstripe suit!
2️⃣ Add Toe & Heel Details
• Cut the toe and heel shapes from White Daisy Cardstock. Cut each circle in half.
• Adhere to the stocking front. Your heel will have an overhang. Trim off the excess.
• Add faux stitching with a black gel pen for that signature stitched-fabric effect
***Design Tip:
The stark contrast between white and black gives this stocking a clean, bold finish—perfect for the Pumpkin King.
3️⃣ Build the Centerpiece – Jack’s Iconic Grin!
• Die-cut a deckled circle from White Daisy Cardstock
• Ink the edges with CTMH Intense Black Ink using a sponge dauber for a soft shadowed look
• Add your Jack Skellington SVG on top
• Feeling brave? Try hand-drawing Jack’s face for a one-of-a-kind touch!
• Attach to the stocking front, paying attention to placement. You want the white circle to be visible even when the stocking is in the closed position.
4️⃣ Add a Spooky Christmas Twist – Poinsettias, Holly & Title
• Die-cut poinsettias from Basic Black Cardstock
• Cut holly leaves from Real Red Cardstock
• Ink the centers and edges of the holly with Intense Black Ink to deepen the look
• Cluster your leaves and flowers together and finish with Cherry Cobbler Adhesive-Backed Berries
• Add extra Real Red cardstock sprigs for extra drama!
• Add The Nightmare Before Christmas title in a font similar to the look used in the movie.
