To take advantage of these special prices, simply place an order of $50 or more in Close To My Heart products.

When I first laid eyes on the "Looking Forward" set, my mind raced with endless creative possibilities. From celebrating New Year's Eve and embracing New Year's Day to documenting milestones like graduations, career changes, and more, this versatile set is a must-have for any crafter. My Son couldnt wait to use it for his first day of school - 7th grade!

As I excitedly sorted through my photos, my son took a keen interest in my project. He eagerly offered to choose the paper and select the photos, sparking a collaborative effort that extended to designing the layout itself.

Sharing measurements for those who appreciate attention to detail, here they are:

- Frame 1: 12x12 with 1-inch gut

- Frame 2: 11x11 with 1-inch gut

- White Daisy cardstock: 10.75x10.75

- Horizontal piece: 10.75 x 3.75

- Large vertical dots: 4x9

- Diagonal Stripe: 4.5 x 6.5

- Black Cardstock Photo mat: 4.5 x 6.5

- Red Photo mat: 4.25 x 6.25

- Photo: 4x6

In a spontaneous burst of creativity, my son added a last-minute touch of red 1/4 inch strip to the top and bottom of the original all-black frame, infusing a pop of color into the design.

Prior to embellishing the page, my son artfully applied "Linen" ink to the "White Daisy" cardstock with a blending brush, setting the stage for the vibrant elements to come.

From detailing future goals and aspirations to adding playful touches like checkered strips and bold lettering, every aspect of the layout reflects our shared excitement for what lies ahead. The inclusion of foam tape for certain embellishments adds dimension and visual interest, while the meticulous placement of each element represents a joint effort in crafting this memorable scrapbook page.

And voilà, here it is - the CTMH January Stamp Of The Month - "Looking Forward": My Son's First 12X12 Scrapbook Page! While I may be biased as a proud mom, I can't help but admire the creativity and thoughtfulness he brought to this project.
